Minutes

Migration to NeoNephos Enterprise

Jakob and Mirza will document the process and lessons learned during the migration of the Platform Mesh organization to the NeoNephos Enterprise Account. An update will be provided at the next meeting.

Architecture/Blueprint Group

The Governing Board has started discussing the formation of an overarching Architecture Group. The TAC favors a group that would focus on defining blueprints for how multiple projects can be combined to build complete or partial cloud stacks.

Action Items

Tools and Infrastructure

The TAC is collecting information on the tools, infrastructure, and service needs of all projects. All members are asked to compile a list of infrastructure and tooling requirements (including cloud services such as AWS and GCP) for their respective projects. Jakob will open a ticket to track this.

Project Lifecycle Policy and Project Guidelines

Members are encouraged to open PRs for the project lifecycle policy and project guidelines repository. So far, only one PR covering logo requirements has been submitted. Please review the repository and contribute any feedback or suggestions.
