   • The TAC approved the entry of the “Open Key Chain Manager” project
   • The Governing Board needs to approve the project as well

   • Monthly budget allocation for NeoNephos Enterprise -> $2000 monthly budget in place
   • Support for projects using bots like CodeRabbit (paid version)
   • Container hosting

4. Brainstorming on NeoNephos Architecture Group (Florian)

   The Governing Board has begun discussing the formation of an overarching Architecture Group. This group should be responsible for defining and documenting how various NeoNephos projects can be integrated to build complete or partial cloud stacks. It will not address the architecture of individual projects.
